Here are some other ways to contact Amazon departments when the usual ones aren't getting anywhere.
Remember when contacting them in any form, give as much information as possible: Seller name, Product ASIN, dates, descriptions, etc. The more information they have, the easier it should be to get the problem resolved.
- community-help@amazon.com - for reporting seller/listing/community guidelines violations when there is no report link available.
- vine-support@amazon.com - Vine customer service email; alternate to Contact Us form on the Vine page.
- cs-reply@amazon.com - Non-Vine, regular Amazon website customer service email; alternate to Amazon's live chat.
report-review-compensation@Amazon.com - If a seller is trying to bribe you with cash/products/etc in return for a good review. Include screenshots/photos of the evidence and product ASIN or order number to identify the product, use this link: https://account-status.amazon.com/report-review-compensation
- jeff@amazon.com - Jeff Bezos' email address, probably run by his executive team.
- stop-spoofing@amazon.com - To report suspected phishing/scam emails, forward them here.
