Cancelling is technically possible for most orders through the regular Amazon orders interface as long as your item has not shipped yet. Simply find it in your orders list, click on “View order details” or the “View or Edit Order” button. If the item can be canceled, you should be presented with a “Cancel items” button. As with all Amazon orders, if the item has shipped or is in the process of shipping, the option to cancel will not be offered, or it will attempt to cancel and fail. If you successfully cancel the order, the ETV will be automatically removed from your total in the year-end report and the item will be removed from your To Be Reviewed queue.
