Contact Vine customer support. In the top right corner of the Amazon Vine pages, you will see a "Contact Us" hyperlink. It is important to use this link for all Vine-related order issues.
On the Contact Us page, select "Order Related" and select "Where's my stuff" in the drop down menu. Then select the specific issue you're experiencing from the second drop down menu.
Once you click the button that says "E-mail," you will be taken to a page with a free form text box for you to describe your issue.
Grab the order number for the missing item from the Vine Orders tab (click on Order Details) or from your regular Amazon Returns & Orders page, and make sure you reference it in the body of the text. Make a brief statement about your order not being delivered and ask that they have the item removed from your review list.
